The counsel co is an independent consultancy that partners with the C-Suite
to develop people, allowing organizations to realize the value of a fully invested leadership team.

The counsel co works one on one with leaders to help unlock their own potential, drive their focus and in doing so, build the power of culture within an organization.  

the counsel co was founded by Maria Gianoutsos in 2019, it represents the culmination of her professional and life experience. Designed as a unifying force for a business, by aligning the different skills of a divergent and diverse talent base, against a common goal
(as defined by the brand or organization).
